      Where to find gaskets?

The guy who will be modifying my header said for me to get the gaskets for my exhaust manifold, I was wondering if anyone could direct me to where I could order an exhaust manifold gasket and exhaust flange gasket for my car? 06 Hatch LS. He's going to use it to modify for direct fit.

Your best bet is to buy some gasket material and make your own. just make sure that it is rated for at least 500 degrees. I got some from my local auto parts store for about 15 bucks

I tried to user the stock gasket witch is medal but there was a leak cause it does not quite line up right. plus cylindar number 4 has an output to some sort of emitions and that is were my leak was. The original gasket is cut to allow flow to the emissions peace.

even though the metal gasket holds the pressure better with the stock manifold im not sure how well it'll work with your header, and like gabe said he had trouble with it, but if you still want to it should be around $7.50 total which is still cheaper then from the factory. I originally bought the gasket thinking i had an exhaust leak from the gasket that was on there, but it turned out to be a small hole in my downpipe that eventually grew until my downpipe fell off completely and was dragging my exhaust on the ground

maybe the installer needs the gasket as a template for the bolt holes?

or is that not the issue here. Im not sure what the install/fitment problem is.
