      Turbo kit/ manifold ?

Is a turbo kit or even just a turbo manifold available from anywhere for any Aveo yet ?

      direct bolt on, no.

but someone makes a flange, and then a "universal" kit could be made to work..

I haven't been able to look close enough to tell.
I was hoping someone would chime in and tell me whether this was a go or not.

      Thank you
      Jason

it looks like it has the flange on the lower header on the picture a few posts up, where as we have the flange on the upper header..

not a huge ordeal, though, the manifold is the easier part. its getting the "tuned" engine to run properly enough to not have issues that is hard, with this car i dont see how to do it without reprogramming, which is not available, using a piggy back, which i personally dont want to do, or running standalone, which would be emissions unfriendly.

i would love a flash program with a turbo kit like other manufacturers cab do.

Absolutely essential IMO I'm actualy getting a bit cold on Turbo-ing haveing read posts on daewootech regarding piston failures at under 40000miles , however the guy was running about 10psi boost (0.7 bar)which would have to be near suicide on any 10.1 compression engine , even with forged pistons which the Daewoo AVEO / BARINA/ WAVE / KALOS certainly dosen't have , stock anyway.
IMO for anyone wanting big power an engine build (or swap) would be essential with lower compression forged pistons , maybe steel rods the list goes on and the $ out get bigger.
I also think that a low 3-5psi max turbo set up is do-able , forget big power in the stocky engine unless your idea of good is to spend more time on rebuilding than actualy on the road a nice low bang set up would still give more than enough to get you in plenty of trouble anyway.
It's going to take an exhaust and tuning shop to sort it out , it aint rocket science ,and it shouldn't be hard for experianced people ,
The only real question is how good would they be at selling and marketing the product--if they're no good at that--and most of them aint--the rest is academic.
