Wondering the condition of the timing belt at 120K, I have only had the car since 110K and was concerned about the timing belt.
Just removed top cover for a inspection, found the belt to be a Continental 24422964 338.
Belt looked decent, no cracks. Was Continental used as a OEM manufacturer?

The 09+ timing belts are not known for going early (and yours would already be overdue for replacement anyway). That said, I don't know who makes them as OEM but a quick google search implies it MIGHT be Continental.
If you don't have a record of replacement and the original seller can't confirm it was replaced (preferably with documentation), I would suggest replacing it out of an abundance of caution.
I agree 100% I would change it immediately. luckily with mine the belt was changed about 800 miles before I got it and the mechanic wrote the miles on the timing cover.
Did a little more research. That part number (24422964) is an ACDelco part number (aka OEM) for the belt. So the belt has either never been changed OR someone used OEM parts if it was replaced.
My advice remains the same, if there is no reliable way of determining when the belt was last changed, get it changed sooner than later.
Just had the timing belt as well as the serpentine and stretch belt replaced. I feel relieved now. The other 2 belts were Gates with OEM insignia..
Who knows when any were changed..but all is good now
*Timing belt was in satisfactory condition, only thing I could tell was it was a wee bit stiff. (starting to dry out)
