      Replacing the timing belt

Another project I'll be tackling this spring is swapping out with a new timing belt after 50,000 miles on the
present one. Of all the research here and other sites, I find nothing where it tells you to support the engine when you remove the passenger side engine mount. Am I missing something here ?

Yes as classic 67 said a jack and block of wood. Put the car on jack stands and yhen use tge jack to lower the motor a bit. But be careful not to pull any wires. Had mine apart in about 30 min and put the belt back on and installed everything in about anothrr 30 min about an hour and 15 min all together! Simple if your mechanically inclined!
