Angry Replaced timing belt and now it wont start... correctly

You'll have to excuse any tipping mistakes plz.
So 2 days ago we replaced the timing belt on our 2005 Aveo got the marks ligned up correctly and than turned it on without the air filter or any of the pipes connected to it connected to the engine and it turned on, not perfectly cause one of the ignition sparks was dead but it did turn almost as it should, once we connected the alternator belt, the air filter and every thing else, it wouldn't turn, i checked over and over the timing alignment and it perfect, so what's wrong ? what should we do ?

You need to post the engine, which I'm assuming is NOT the 1.6L that we have here in North America. The timing belt procedure for other engines may not be the same as for the 1.6L, so you should consider advice only from someone who is familiar with your Aveo's engine.
