hey guys, im getting my intake in tomorrow, and i was wondering A) how do you remove the stock air box, is it simple??? B) What tools will i need for the process of putting the new intake in and taking the old one out?

im assuming you got the CAI, you will need a socket set mainly, and jacking your car up on that corner will help, it is very easy
alright, so im facing 2 problems. 1) theres this plug in sensor that has no place to go..
and 2) the fender wall will be touching the air filter completely if i screw it on... please help me out fellas
not sure about the sensor i dont have that engine, but push the pipe in some more to the throttle body so that the pipe rotates toward the fender, then turn the cai pipe so it goes straighter in line with the other pipe..

And the sensor goes into the hole right next to oil return line you have already attached to the intake piping.
Yeah, that the intake air temperature sensor connector. You have to pull the sensor out of the stock intake. Its a big pain as its literally glued to the rubber tube.
mine didnt fit back into my CAI tube so i used my old SRI tube and added onto it lol
