hello everyone i have an aveo 2005 and im having trouble geting it to pass smog.. the engine light keeps coming on (flashing) i have already changed the EGR valve, spark plugs and wires, the coil pack and the gasket seal... what else can be wrong with this car!! i need some advice please... thank you
That is the code everyone gets when they put in a new engine. You will most likely need to go to a dealer and have a 'crankshaft relearn procedure' done. I had to do this when I replaced the engine in my 05 Aveo.Quote:

thanks i did take it in and had to get the computer reset but now my car is overheating.. its the fan switch and i just ned to know where its at to replace it...
