Possible engine swaps 1.2ldc to 1.4luj/v

New here,
We have bought an aveo t300 1.2 (86HP), blgreat car for around town but for highway driving i'm missing power on the acceleration.
(My other car is a 2.0liter turbo diesel 136hp, maybe that plays a part 🫣🤣 in the issue, used to fast acceleration of i compare it to the Aveo.

We have the a12xer engine with 86 hp, i am wondering what is needed to swap it to a 1.4turbo (138hp) engine.
What can be gained with simple mods cold air/sports air filter. Maybe low restrictions exhaust .. but has to have cat die to emissions regulations).

Maybe if possible a exhaust driven turbo or mechanical belt drive turbo/charger.

Lots of questions but don't know much about the technical info on this cars engine.
