phantom oil leak@$$&$*!€€

So i have a 2004 aveo thats leaking small amounts of oil from between the oil pan and the bellhousing for the trani. Iv tried resealing the oil pan and couldnt get the bugger off, as well iv put the seal reconditioner in the oil to try and help the rear main out as much as possible. I noticed the problem about a month ago and it seems like every time i look under my car theres a drip there, but when i check the oil levels their right where i left them... Please help!!

Can't figure exactly what you're trying to say there. If you confirmed the leak is not coming from the pan, then why did you try to reseal the pan gasket? Or are you saying you're not certain where the leak is coming from? Almost no reports on this forum of rear main seals leaking, but of course that doesn't mean yours is not.

I couldnt get the oil pan off.. At that point i assumed it wasnt leaking from there but i cant conferm anything since i cant see 100% where its leaking from... I know its comming from the area on the left side of the picture up arround the bolts located behind the rubber plugs

I'd guess it's an oil pan gasket weep, but you need to dry the entire area completely with rags and then check often underneath, in order to confirm exactly where the leak is.
