      Understood.

      A couple additional thoughts:

If the Fuel Gauge stopped working at the same time that the accelerator pedal response problem happened, then I am thinking the issue is external to the accelerator pedal. Somewhere there is a wiring harness break/short, loose connector, or wire harness-to-chassis grounding problem. Unless something happened under the dash to disturb the wiring harness, connectors, or ground connections, the most likely source of grounding problems is where the ground connections could get dirty, like under the hood. The wiring harness-to-chassis ground connection next to the ECM is my first choice, but you said that you already tried cleaning that up. My next choice would be the wiring harness-to-chassis ground connection next to the starter. Not sure if you were able to check that ground connection near the starter. After you recently cleared the codes, what codes is it showing now?

The only codes left are p2127 and p0463. I can try to get underneath and see ground by the starter as well.
And yes they both came on at the same time.

I’m wondering if there is still an issue at the ground point. It’s possible (probable) that at least one wire in the pack that’s in that eyelet has lost continuity. I’d cut and strip all the wires at the eyelet and crimp a new eyelet.

As of right now I cannot find my 1/4 ratchet and I cannot get anything else to fit on the starter ground everything is too long and they're throwing sparks real bad.

This is what i meant to say in my last post:
I would cut off the old ground eyelet that you “cleaned” next to the ecm and crimp on a new one, or two. Most likely you have lost continuity in one or more wires of the pack. Corrosion hides and creeps.

Thanks for your help on this journey guys.
I am on holiday break from work and had time to start digging. So moved the fuse box and coolant reservoir out of the way and found squirrel damage, 4 wires chewed through directly under the reservoir, soldered em back up and now it's all back to normal.
