Have a 2009 Aveo 5S. Blown trans but it is model AISIN 81-41-AW, not the more standard 4T-45-E. Anyone have any info on this?????

I believe you're looking at the manufacturer part number and the Chevy number. AISIN makes the trans and their part number is81-41-AW. Chevy buys it and puts it in their car under part number 4T-45-E.
If you get a automatic trans from the salvage yard, it should work. If you go to car-part.com there is only on selection for automatic transmission.
