I know in Columbia and probably South America as a whole a turbo Aveo is not an uncommon thing I think. Just search youtube.
I leased Pontiac Wave from September 2006 to August 2011.

      Re: My Turbo Build

How much do you think its going to cost you? Anyway I could turbo mine for like 6 hunddy with junkyard parts? Get like a t25 off a dsm, not sure bout the manifold or intercooler... Prolly could use a dsm side mount actually, or squeeze a cheap evo front mount in there... Would the stock injectors/fuel pump be able to handle 5 psi and would the ECU correct the fuel consumption?

      Re: My Turbo Build

The stock injectors and fuel pump will handle 5 psi with zero problems, the problem is making your map sensor not see any boost and making it see vacuum as soon as possible when u let off the gas. You will need to fabricate a good check valve for this.

No tuning should be needed for 5 psi but having it done is always a plus.

99% of the fuel injectors are interchangeable once you figure out the brand and size you have/need.
