      Manual transmission flywheel question

This is my first post, So this could be under the wrong category. but here goes...

I am looking to do a full clutch and flywheel replacement soon on a 2005 Aveo M/T

My question is specifically to the flywheel to crankshaft bolts. The manual I have (Haynes) says those should be replaced if removed.
I am assuming they are torque yield bolts.

The OEM replacement part number is: 94500811. M9 X 1 X 22.5MM. But it seems this part is not available, as its backordered from GM.

So my question: Has anyone reused the same bolts without issue? Or have any idea of an aftermarket one that fits properly?

      any info is appreciated!

Quick google search on the part number has several sites that seem to show it available, have you reached out to any of them?

      Sadly yes I have.
I have even ordered from a few and they were the ones that told me it was back ordered from GM And they cancelled my order and refunded me.

So it’s kind of a weird predicament! Haha

Well, that sucks. Googling the part number and looking at the images suggests they are a 10.9 class metric bolt. But M9s with a 1mm thread pitch are basically impossible to find.

I found 1 supplier on ebay that sells 10 packs of 12.9 class (next higher grade of bolt). At least they claim they are 12.9...

Hey! That is actually very helpful!
I’ll do some research and see if that is suitable.
It’s a little smaller hex and not as long. But it’s possible! It’s such a bugger of a bolt!
I don’t mind paying a few dollars per bolt if I can find the correct one.
