Just hit up Advanced or AutoZone and get the APC universal. Fits right on, it's the one i got
how does it go on, or does it come with instructions??

Yeah there is a hose going to your air intake, take that off of the intake and the valve cover. Put the breather on where it connected to the valve cover. Find a plug set and put it on your intake tube. You're done.
