Jet Performance Chip

Anyone see Jet performance has a chip (2 stages) for the aveo?

Anyone know any specs on hp/torque increases? Its tempting, i had one in a mustang i used to own.

It's said to do as little as a 25 hp bump. Be interesting to see if it can do it. Never messed around with chips yet I would like to.

25 hp is a lot for us aveo owners :P

sucks its only for the newer ones but wondering if it really works is the factor that would stop from purchasing

I would love that kind of hp gain but I dont believe it.... remember, aveo only has 104hp to begin with so I cant see getting more than a 5 or 10% hp gain from a chip at best. A turbo will usually give you 40% gain installed properly if I'm not mistaken that equals approx 145hp with a turbo so there is no way a chip will come anywhere near that. I think you will be disappointed and wont notice any gain at all.
