Intake options

The rubber parts that connect the air box to the intake have all degraded and I can't seem to find a decent aftermarket alternative. Does anyone have a decent DIY option or know where to get one for an 09 Aveo 5?

if you want a cheap functional solution, and are fairly handy, i used a kit from a 92 accord. Like so:
90 93 Accord DX LX EX SE 2 2L L4 Cold Air Intake Induction System Filter Blue | eBay

a little cutting and capping the two inlets:
