Not much information there. You need to describe specifically what problem you're having, and if this Aveo is manual or A/T.
Well....It is a manual and it is the top bolt that mounts the starter to the block, but I took the starter motor off of the starter and was able to access the bolt. Then I disassembled my new starter as well and installed it in two separate pieces. It was not actually that bad. First starter I ever had to install like that I can assure you. Thanks for trying to help.
Take the starter apart from under the car or from top drain coolant and take two hoses off and get a small 1/4 inch rachet with a 13 mm bit and you can manover it in from top and get it. Not the easiest but can be done. I just did it. Good luck.
