How do I clean the throttle body?

Was told I need to replace my spark plugs with "copper core" ones and "clean my throttle body". Any idea on how to clean it?

If your car has an electronic controld throttle body put key in ignition turn to run position on switch but don't start engine,have someone hold down the gas pedal and that will open the butterfly in the TB.Then you can spray it with throttle body cleaner,use a rag to soke up the exess.
