there are none for the Aveo, you have to have some custom made. I hope you're beefing up your internals though, because I don't see your motor lasting very long at all with any amount of boost.
Yeah thats the plan... its getting to the point where I am just gonna hand grenade the car because its impossible to do ANYTHING to these frickin' cars... arghhhh
eh, that's not necessarily true. we just have to do it on our own instead relying on the aftermarket. might be a little more expensive, but I think it's worth it.
actually you are both wrong, lots of parts available if you source them.. mostly need to find them from other markets. Opel, holden and vauxhall and the 1.6 vauxhall vxr TURBO uses some of the same internals and the same block.. its good for 204bhp.
I saw those before, but they don't ship to the states. that and are you sure it's a direct fit? and will it bolt to the midpipe?
i noticed the turn at the bottom seems odd, but the block and such appears the same specs.
there are a few other companies, and a direct contact purchase might solve that shipping issue.

the 1.8 in the saturn astra and the 1.8 in the cruze/sonic are the same design, performance parts for those should fit as well.
Hey thanks for the links man, Im gonna see what I can do. I was wondering (kinda new to turbo applications) could the 1.6L handle like 5psi?
So I now realize (yes I am a newbie when it comes to turbo) thatI need a turbo manifold. Are there other engines or makes that would be a fit for my 1.6l?
