Anyone heard abt Aveo gearbox bearing problem? I having this problem on my car. Damm **** serious problem on that.... I dunno why will infected.
When i pick up of the car it will feel vibration. Starting i though i tyre problem then i send in to workshop checking they told me maybe is engine mounting or drive sharft problem. When i do service that foreman told me u may have a serious problem on ur gearbox. you better double check frm service ctr.
So i got no choice send in to Chevrolet specialist service ctr to double confirm how to know they told me it won't could be this problem. haha... kidding! when they try to change the drive sharft tested still the same. then finally they told me yes is ur gearbox bearing happening. Amazing! they told me the complete repair price around RM3-4K. You better kill me!
I try going to half cut shop find out that gearbox. Yes! got it but they told me auto gearbox full set with trade in is RM6.5K Oh mY God! They advise me to convert to manual is cheaper. hehe...ya is only RM2K with trade in my gearbox to them, but i find out is almost all the workshop scare to convert for me. Wat happen? All the stupid workshop even the Chevrolet Specialist also told me the same answer. They said never Do before. ****!
Lucky my friend intro a gearbox specialist to me in somewhere around here. Starting they said yes evrything is will fine. Sure no problem i think we can repair back to you no need to convert or change gearbox. We'r specialist in gearbox how many we done b4. but i have to leave down ur car here and give us few day to searching the bearing for you. Okie! i leave there abt 3day they told me is really hard to find that gearbox as i know this type of gearbox bearing is same with toyota vitz. Anyone heard abt that? I said i dun care atleast u can done for me then is fine!
Too bad! until now still haven't settle my this problem. They still searching for my car bearing. As i think why can't take out the bearing and send to specialist to do custome made? Any idea or advise for me? Really so sad with my car. coz i love my car as well but so fast having this serious problem on that. My car is less than 3yrs. That stupid Chevy servise ctr tod me this is the first time they saw. Really damm stupid!
