Filling the gas tank takes forever

I purchased my 2005 AVEO 4 DR Hatchback (no A/C) 4 years ago, replaced the valve cover, spark plugs, spark plug wires (miss-firing from oil in spark plug holes), head lights (to LED) and added ODBII blue tooth unit. I have always had to trickle gas into the car, if I tried to use the nozzle lock it would just stop, I figured the fill hose was kinked but I finally got around to looking into the issue. With the overflow tube removed from the 96554016 Vapor Canister I can use the nozzle lock to fill the gas tank so I ordered the canister, 214-2164 Vapor Canister Vent Valve , and ACDelco Professional 214-2246 Vapor Canister Purge Valve, the three parts of the EVAP system. When I get everything installed I'll update this post.
