Chevy aveo 05, 110k miles on it. After starting engine, car starts to shudder. It's done it the past couple of days. It's been cold outside so not sure if that is affecting it. When I start it again a little while later it doesn't do it. Another concern is it did it a little while I was going up a hill. Any ideas of what it could be? No CEL has come on.
Just to clarify, the start-up shuddering is happening at idle, prior to shifting and moving the vehicle, correct? If so, does it stop doing that quickly, before shifting/driving? Do you know when the spark plugs were last changed, and what kind were installed? Were any maintenance or repairs done recently?
Correct. Still in park position. Spark plugs have not been replaced recently. Wrk done in October for an oil leak, gasket covers replaced.
change the plugs, i did mine and all my shuddering went away
