Do I need to replace my timing belt again

I have an 04 Aveo that I had the timing belt replaced on when I purchased the car with 69000 miles on it. It now has 129000 miles on it and since it has been 60000 since the belt was replaced, I am wondering if it needs replaced again, or are the replacement belts good for longer than the originals? Thanks in advance for any input.

I always figure nothing is as good as the original - I'll usually tell to people plan to replace them at 45K, since they'll neglect it until 55 - 60K when its timeanyway.

No he is not kidding, get the deluxe kit: More Information for DAYCO 95335K1S

Often or not the other stuff fails just as often as the belt. Currently you are 9000 miles over replacement time...tick...tick...tick

And this makes my 601 post, Yeah! Self pat on back! Now only ten million more so I can catch the rabbit.
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....

I would definately replace. Make sure to get the whole kit. Belt, waterpump, pulley, timing belt. If you cannot pay to have installed profesionally then make sure you follow the install instructions to the t. You do not want it to brake because of the interfence engine. I have had mine installed by the dealer so if there was a problem i would be able to go back. Thank god because after like 8,000 there went a problem and a new head had to be installed along with the new kit. $3,800 later. I hope this helps and can save your aveo because it is very detrimental to have this done.
