Crankshaft Pulley bolt rusted unable to remove

Hi I have been trying to remove my crankshaft pulley bolt to remove and replace the timing belt mainly the water pump as the water pumps gear fell off. I have looked online for videos and step by step guides to help remove this. but everything I have tried isn't working. I have tried a socket and wrench, an impact gun as well sprayed it with WD-40 and its still not working as well the tires aren't coming off either. can anyone help with this please. I would greatly appreciate it.

what's your impact gun's torque rating? and more importantly, what year is your aveo?

The Torque setting is 200 ft lbs. and the Aveo is 2004. I found this ironic, right after I posted this I went back out to try and the bolt came off. now I have to take the tires off which I am still having lots of trouble with. my friend came over with Liquid Wrench and now I'm waiting to go and try again.

I HATE it when Tire places use the impact gun to tighten the lug nuts, makes then near impossible to take them off!

yeah I hear you. but the lug nuts aren't the problem. those came off lickidy split. the problem is that the car has sat for 4 years and the wheel drum is corroded to the wheel and well I have taken the small sledge hammer I have to it and it still isn't working. also I have limited space as im in a portable garage tent. :// any suggestions. I have tried everything except for ramming another tire into it.

coat the thing in liquid wrench, and come back in 30 minutes.

yeah its been about an hour since it was coats with the LW.

So after supper I'm going to try again. :o

Yeah it has been about 3 hours since I coated the wheel with Liquid Wrench and its still not coming off. it's :evil2:.

Put some fresh liquid wrench on it, and tap the center of the hubs with your sledgehammer, the vibration from hitting it will work the liquid wrench where it needs to go.

When I did my 2004 timing belt. I could not get the bolt to loosen with a impact wrench either. Here is what I did.

I put a large breaker bar on a 17MM impact socket. Butt the breaker bar on the control arm or even on the floor that is made from concrete. Disconnect the ignition coil plug so it does not start on you. Then get in the car and bump the starter a few times and bingo you got a loosen bolt.
