      Clutch disk choice

Has anyone upgraded to a stage 1 or other kit. What are the benefits and what are the draw backs

      Don't!

Stick with an OEM style clutch disk and pressure plate. You will only need an upgraded pressure plate and disk if you have a tons more HP than stock, which I doubt you have on an Aveo.
