Car cranks but doesn't run

Hey guys , need some help I was testing my a/c compressor to see if the clutch was working( new clutch kit replacement) ,I try to jump the relay at the fuse box but unfortuany some how I choose the wrong relay (I was exited that I got my a/c fix) and I jump the fan high relay now my car doesn't run, it cranks but didn't run I got p0689
I just can't figure it out any ideas?

Okay guys update thank God my mistake didn't cost me an arm and a leg hahaha my test iigth was showing me all fuses were good after many double checks and a 6 of Heineken I figure the ems 1 fuse was half blow enough voltage was flowing but not enough to make the car run so good advice always double check your fuses cheers

Thanks for posting your update Eltunas, although I would invest in a better tester.
There is no such thing as a 'half,-blown' fuse , it is either good or bad,.
Any fuse testing is best done with the fuse removed and checked with an ohm-meter and should read 0 or a few meg-ohms to infinity if bad.
