Cam shaft position sensor problems

I have a 2009 Aveo LT engine code E 5speed manual . I have replaced both of the camshaft position sensors and the crankshaft position sensor, the intake side camshaft position sensor (which I have replaced twice) check engine light goes out when I first replace it then comes back on in less than 30 seconds of starting the car, any ideas of what can be causing this? I also need the pigtail connectors for the camshaft position sensors as the exhaust side connector wires are frayed at the plug, but am unable to find. Need help thanks everyone.
