      Build?

Ok i kind of hi-jacked the eco swap thread so im making a new thread for this.
im trying to figure out how much hp you can get out on stock internals on the aveo.
i figure intake headers and exhaust maybe the lanos head swap.
and then im thinking of a small supercharger set up.
im thinking i wanna get about 160-180 whp.
That will do me fine for a while why i draw up my plans to figure out how the hell im gonna get this thing to have 300 whp under the hood :P haha.

what im trying to figure out is how realistic my goals are.
i know the tranny can supposidly hold 190 whp...and the engine is 160bhp???or whp???

i figure that 160-180 is going to get me into a 14 possibly 13 sec 1/4 range which is fine with me for now.

Holden developed the engine to output 160 at the flywheel if I am not mistaken.

      Also,
Holden makes various Family II engines for GM India and GM Daewoo at its Melbourne plant. Variations include displacements from 1.6 L. to 2.4 L. Unlike the Ecotec engines, the block is made of iron.

There are tons of kits being made, but no one really has a finished proven kit for any Daewoo platforms yet

is it easier to build up/tune the forenza engines tho...cuz a custom turbo kit is no problem...ive found turbo manifolds for the forenza and if it really comes down to it theres a shop 10 min from my house that can build a custom turbo....but i would have to tune it myself.

is the tuning fairly easy to work with...with my build i would be doing a custom tune for it.
