Aveo No Start

Well, my fiance was driving in to work today and the Aveo just died. On try to restart, no luck. Here's what it sounds like. Almost sounds liek the starter is spinning, but there is not spark to fire it up. Just not sure. Twisting wrenches, I am good at, but with no was to diagnose this, I need some help figuring out what the issue is. Thanks guys!

is the crank pulley turning there? it sounds like the starter is spinning and the engine is not.
