Auto Trans. Fluid Color?

Just bought 2009 Aveo , 52 k...
I checked the Trans Fluid it is light brown,,,Is this the color of the syn. "oil"..

Pretty common with the Aveo's tranny fluid becoming brown in low miles, just get it changed soon, should be bright red.
