are you needing the part in the door, or the actual trim piece itself?

So you need the retainers for the interior cover for the mirror adjuster?

I looked around and so far i have had no luck actually finding them. would suggest going to a local parts store by you and seeing if they have a section with universal clips and retainers.

I had one of those break when I was replacing my door speakers. Since there was still one keeping it fairly snug, I just grabbed silicone and put a bunch on the 'male' end and put it back in. It's been solid, and I haven't heard any rattles.

Since you're dealing with 2 broken ones you might need to do a little more to secure it. If you can't find any locally, and you get desperate enough, you may try this:
      - Wrap tape around each male end, until it's just snug. You may want to take this off again someday, so you don't want to make it too difficult to remove someday.
      - Then a little silicone around the opening might secure it enough for a quick fix.
^ Disclaimer: This is a pretty ghetto fix, and I usually wouldn't recommend it, but if you need to secure it at least temporarily it'll probably work.
