torque specs - timing belt job?

anybody know them? also, I have metal tube (to heat xchange) that is a factory part, it pounds in, but will be loose so need one. looked around site for parts manual download. thx for any help

Torque specs for what exactly?

Also, I think we're going to need pictures of this tube to identify it.
