It kind of downed the Aveo (first by calling it the Aero) but by their "Cheaper is not as good statement," and by stating it's 5 year repair cost as over $3000. Personally, I don't know of any Aveo owners who have had to pay over $3000 in repairs in the first 5 years of ownership, unless they have not taken care of it, or unless they have wrecked it.
For the most the Aveo owners I have known (who do take care of their cars) have had little to no costs other than regular maintenance, tires and maybe a light bulb here or there.
i didnt say that i was especially happy with what was written, i just said it mentions the aveo.
I dont care what anyone says about the Aveo, I love mine! Of course if I could upgrade to maybe a Cobalt SS/TC I wouldnt argue...
I went on the chevrolet website today in the category for "upcoming vehicles" and saw the 2009 Aveo 5. Damn!! Now theres my next Aveo!! Fully Loaded of course!!
wow i didnt know you could get a job as a writter and completely suck at proof reading...that is sad
I know bro. I ain't downing you are anything. I am just making remarks about the article. I am glad that the Aveo got some recognition, it just pains me that many of these magazine witers have their heads so far up their bums that they can't see where value and cost meet (sometimes collide).Quote:

It was a good read though, and thanks for posting it. For reals.
