      Sway bar help 2004

I noticed that when i turned to the left the car seems to sway if i go a bit too fast. I did not have time to service it then yesterday i got a bolt in the tire that was making noise when i drove. i stopped saw the problem and when i got home removed tire, that's when i saw the sway bar hanging (bottom part was not hooked) Can i re-connect the old one? (it looks okay) if i get new one what tools will i need to connect? is it easy to connect? I don't have many tools or a lift or should i just get it serviced?

sounds like the endlink broke, i would replace both of them. (one on each side).
but i picture would help to verify that is your problem.

The ends look fine This is a pic I first noticed the sway problem after i bought new tires, maybe those guys did something to knock it of by accident because the end looks good
Is that put in by popping over that little nipple? Just wondering i can do it now assuming you think it looks oaky. Not sure what the inside of the end looks like

Yeah, just pop it back on, the "nipple" will invert. It's basically a ball and socket joint, so that the end link can pivot a little bit around either end. Take a look at the bushings (the "nipple" as you called it), if they're dry rotted you might want to consider replacing them.

This is actually how I removed the endlinks from the bar, since I didn't have a wrench small enough to fit between the endlink and the sway bar.

for the price i would just replace them. if they popped out once they will most likely pop out again.
