So-- Is the AVEO 2009 LT A GOOD CAR? (all the kinks out now???) ASAP

Hey Folks.
I used to own a 2005 Aveo5 Hatch. Loved the car, bought it used and didn't catch all the bad repairs it had.

I was later informed these aveos have unknown electrical glitches (like my clock constantly resetting), failings, and bad timing belts.

Just got rid of it and need a new car.

After one bad purchase (not aveo) I have found ---

Dealer Lot, Month Warranty. 2009 AVEO LT SEDAN. Has 155K on it, new MVI. Looks completely mint.
Work done -- new tires, brakes, flex hose and control arms (things I've come to expect in chevy).

QUESTION: Am I right that by the 2009 models, Aveo is not a Loaded Gun car ?

Please help. I know there are horror stories with every car, but in general, is it still a disaster car ? (like the dodge caliber i bought.... i know, i know....)

Do you know if the engine oil cooler has been replaced? A failing engine oil cooler usually starts leaking engine oil into the coolant after 4-5 years. Is there an oily scum in the coolant tank? Are the rad hoses starting to bulge? If so, plan on doing an engine oil cooler replacement soon.

Thanks Deano, I haven't gone to see it yet, just been talking with the dealer and pics. Gets the MVI today and I go up to see it.
