Search for previous owner

I hope to find the previous owner of the white Chevrolet Aveo5 SGK6966H. Or anybody knows him/her? :)

Not sure that is possible, unless its a really special aveo or something..

You bought a car with fines with it already? How does that work out over there?

here in ontario you must purchase buyers package when registering the car. lists all previous owners with addresses and names. but dont americans have carfax or similar that gives history (20.00) or you already know the owners old address and are now trying to track them down after they moved? i dont think you are gonna have any luck asking people to RATTTT out 1 of there friends if indeed they were a member.

Well, true. But anw, no problems with the previous fines from HDB till now... Thou when I paid for my first parking fine, I was able to select what I wanted to pay. Lol... Shocked the daylights out of me till I saw the year 2011 & 2012. Haha.

haha would have been one hell of a fine if it was just the one :D
