Well, in a few months, Scootaloo will no longer have to be left out in the harsh elements, for site preparation has commenced on the 3 car garage that I have now dubbed "Scootaloo's Coop". I will try to keep updates going on this as Well!

Progress! The floor for Scootaloo's Coop was poured this morning! And in 2 weeks, the building itself should be up!

I have an update on Scootaloo's Coop: the skeleton of the building is complete, and now they have started putting on the skin! After that is all done, we will proceed with insulation, drywall, and getting power to it!

The shell of Scootaloo's Coop IS COMPLETE! Now the next phase can begin; drywall, insulation, and electricity!
How deep does the code require there for the slab? Looks fantastic - is that upper deck design for the heat to start a stack effect? Beautiful land, you can see how quick this was assembled by the wear and tear on the grass. Looks light too.
