Pulsing dash lights

This just started. When I'm driving everything is fine. When I have to stop, I notice the odometer dash light pulses.

Stopped by the parts store and they tested the batter and alternator and said it was fine. Started it and the guy said... He didn't notice any pulse or flicker.

I said... I'm or crazy and reached in and turned the fan on (it was set for defrost) and he noticed the pulsing/flicker.

Anyone ever ha e this issue? Thought I'd check before heading to a shop.

not on one of these, don't get my fist AVEO until Friday, lol. however I would check another auto parts house, weak alternator, maybe bad diode, or voltage regulator is my first guesses, which in modern times is all in alternator, see what your voltage is under load. maybe turn lights on flasher, hit brake pedal, etc to put a load on, & see how it tests. my guess is weak but if not, I would look at wiring ground connections, especially for instrument cluster

had same problem, was loose terminal on battery.
