my 2005 Aveo LT , shaking steering about 55 mph

I have newer tires on front and a recent wheel alignment but have shaking in the steering around 55 mph..It not there at slower speeds and maybe just a little at higher speeds..Tie rods and all feel correct and straight .Nothing to do with that but theres a mall squeaking sound in the steering column that must need grease or oil..We really like our little car .With the body kit and Aveo name removed , we get asked everyday what it is.

Did you balanced all four tires? Alignment should be followed up by tire balancing.

No, I didn't balance the back tires at all, tred was good when we bought it.I,ll do that next, Thanks.
