I have searched to the end of the internet, and no parts dept has one...

anyone have any suggestions on where else to try?

(not even eBay shows any)

** was thinking of ordering the rear left cover, it appears to be very similar, thinking I could modify it to fit?? Thoughts?

Given that it's discontinued, you might try reaching out to Chevy and see if you can get the 3d model or an STL file to have it 3d printed.

They'll probably say no, but it's worth a shot...

My other 2009 aveo5 is power windows as well. Let me know if you want it. If you can upload it a photo of what it exactly looks like. I’ll let you know if I have it. I don’t mind shipping it out to you if I have to. Yeah I’ll just have you cash app me or something and then I can send you the tracking information I would charge only like 15 bucks unless you’re local in upstate New York
