anyone have any suggestions on where else to try?

Given that it's discontinued, you might try reaching out to Chevy and see if you can get the 3d model or an STL file to have it 3d printed.
They'll probably say no, but it's worth a shot...

My other 2009 aveo5 is power windows as well. Let me know if you want it. If you can upload it a photo of what it exactly looks like. I’ll let you know if I have it. I don’t mind shipping it out to you if I have to.
