How do I determine whether my idle issue is the Throttle Body or Gas Pedal Sensor?

What exactly is your idle issue? Is it idling rough or is it not idling at all?

The idle bounces. It never dies down to the poiny where the car actually stalls and it is intermittent. It almost feels electrical sometimes because lights will dim and AC blower fluctuates.

have you had the battery and alternator tested? because a wonky charging system will cause weird issues to crop up; like the aformentioned HVAC blower issue.
