The OBD code p0073 refers to the AAT sensor in the front grill area (usually), Ambient Air Temperature circuit.
This sensor relates to the engine computer the outside air temp., so that the dash display can show the correct air temp.
Since your auto is older I would suspect that the wiring is loose, disconnected or corroded. The sensor should be shielded
from the sun, or placed behind the grill, if not its higher due to the direct sun's rays. Also this can effect Climate Control, + make
the Air Conditioning run more often, and effect MPG.
The p0100 refers to the MAF sensor, which is Mass Air Flow, and helps the Computer regulate the air gas mix into the throttle
body. You can usually disconnect the MAP and spray off the dirt + grime, or replace the MAF sensor (recomended).
The p0101 code is set due to the p0100, and refers to the hard starting, stalling, rough idiling, hesitation, that is due to the dirty
or worn-out MAF.
they are communication code not p codes will check those sensors
With all those communication “U” codes I would start looking at wiring issues….primarily common grounds. The first one I would look at would be the one near the battery tray and fuse box area. (Multiple wires crimped into one ground ring)
do any other aveo owners have a wiring diagram for a 2008 chevy aveo 4 door sedan transmission control module and transmission solenoid locations would be very helpful thank you
