      high rpms please help

      Any body no what would couse 06 automatic too have very high rpm 4000 or more as soon as you start it up can not get it to idle down at all it's like the throttle is wide open on it car has been setting for a while before this happen

      I had a similar problem a few months ago. Check the adjustment on your throttle body cable. It could also be a bad throttle position sensor and or IAC sensor (idle air control).

      You have an air leak in the fuel system probably a hose
