      GM Tools and Equipment website

while doing research on the special tools needed to prepare for my own Timing belt Job in about 28,000 miles, I managed to stumble onto this website: https://gmtoolsandequipment.com/en-US/Pages/home.aspx this is the GM Tools and Equipment website, the same place where the Stealerships order all of their special tools and equipment! I've sent an email to ask if the General Public (people like us that like to wrench on their own cars, without the hassle of being taken for a ride by the stealerships and being charged ungodly amounts of cash to fix the simplest of issues.) can order off their site, or if this a case of "you have to be a Dealership" to order.

UPDATE: Good News Everyone, I've gotten a Reply back, and the General Public CAN Order off the site!

      Good to know.

Now a days, lot of distributors / vendors that use to pride themselves as selling to the trade only now welcome the general public. If one place doesn't want your money, somebody else does.

The other approach, just go ahead and order. If they reject your business, find another vendor.
