Consignment service?

Hi there gusy! I want to shop for a pre-owned car to replace my wife's current aging ride.
I came across a few dealers like AndiTheoPrayoga.com who claiming that the cars they are advertising are on consignment.
I'm curious about how do I know that the car is really on consignment? Or could it be a "consignment car" is easier for them to sell at higher profit since it lowers the buyer's guard against 2nd hand car dealers and reduce the tendency to bargain too aggressively.
