canbus detour for parking sensors problem

Hello. I want to ask for a solution if it is possible. My factory parking sensors were ok until i install a new chinese multimedia system. Since then parking sensors (and other features such as locking doors settings, headlight settings etc) stop working (as it should be because i suppose they work via canbus). Can we fix that somehow? Can i detour canbus and connect sensors wiring directly to reverse gear so they work as other simple non factory sensors? The only solution might be either install new aftermarket sensors or re install the old radio cd system?

With so many OEM functions running through the GM head unit, I don’t see any other option than reinstalling the old head if you want everything working again.
