ok now i have no clue how to tune right now...and once i do reading on it ill have no problem....but what i would do with that is hook it up to the computer in the car now and then have someone drive it and watch the afr and then adjusted accordingly???

330 for that seems like a good deal if thats what i can use to tune it...
i take it i would also want to get a boost controler??

isnt there a shop with a dyno where you live? you can tune it on there dyno insted of driving it around and trying to read the afr gauge.

if you can find a dyno day you can get a few good pulls to tune cheap. I have the luxury of having access to a dyno free

Neo is not nearly as good as a DTEC. The DTEC has way more points where you can change fuel/boost where as the SAFC only has 16.

Ignore the part that says SRT-4/GT cruiser specific. They are all the same, this one just comes with a special wiring harness.

"7. Does it matter what color Game Boy I use to tune the DTEC-FC?

We have been tuning with the DTEC-FC for over a year now and have used all different colors of Game Boy Advanced units. We have found the Red will extract the most power out of your vehicle."

like u said its all preference, i think that the neo would be alot better lookin for a car and alot easier to use, but if u want a lil more indepth tuning then there is the dtec. then there are always the big programs that cost 500$ for the software alone(forget what its called). i got a bud who has one for his gto and he uses a laptop to change stuff around but that may be a lil much for the aveo lol.

      and of course the dyno.

any route u go im sure will work just fine and be more than enough.
