      Aveo " Special Value"

what is a Special Value Aveo? is that their nice way of saying "Cheap as cheap can get Aveo"? no power windows no power locks manual transmission? its all the same motor right? E-Tech II 1.6L...?

example of why im asking.. http://www.jcwhitney.com/Air-Intake-Kit ... g=1#review

anyone got an AEM CAI on a stock motor aveo? anything good from it?

yeah, special value has no options. Mine was a special value, but still a LS? or something. But it is an 09.

I would say though not to spend 212 bucks on an intake. You can buy a cheaper one on ebay for like $50 bucks shipped. and then coat the inside with high temp paint to keep it cool.. (do the outside too if not worried about it being chrome or whatever for more heat reflection..) And that will save you 150 bucks...

why by that expensive **** if it does the same thing a cheaper version does? i built my own CAI over at Autozone for about $60. you gotta figure out what angles work best, but thats the hardest part. mine worked great, especially after shaving the throttle body. as a matter of fact, my CAI is one of the only parts to survive the front end collision lol
