Just wanted to say that removing the dash is a pita. I'm using alldata as my manual and it leaves out much of what has to be done to remove the dash. "Disconnect all electrical connections, remove dash" what they don't tell you is you have to disconnect the mounted female connections to separate the wiring from the dash and those pita push in wire holders. This job is a real pain, I would not recommend an amateur take this job on. I got past the point of no return before I realized I should have just paid the shop 1100$ to do it. Now that the dash is out and the heater box is on the bench I know the key places to remove hardware and where not to. Alldata was very vague so I remove quite a few fasteners that I didn't need to. I am going to try and take pictures of what to remove to help out the next victim.
